  • Colors : Basic colors available (White, Black, Grey, Clear) and more colors possible per availability.

  • Minimum feature size is about 1mm

  • Setup Cost (per plate): $55 for PLA, $65 ABS, PETG & Nylon

  • Volume Cost: PLA – $.75 per/cm³, ABS, PETG, Nylon – $1.00 per/cm³

  • 7 days turnaround time (most cases).

  • Rush option available for an additional fee

CNC Cutting 

  • Email us your DXF, AI (Illustrator), EPS, SVG or PDF files for a quote.

  • Setup cost $120+ $2 per minute cutting time.

  • 7 days turnaround time (most cases)

  • Rush option available for an additional  $0.50/minute

At 3D integrate our CNC cutter is at your service. The most common materials we cut are acrylic, wood,  with other materials possible. Depending on the thickness and the type of material,  Even etching is available.  The CNC bed can accommodate a 900mm x 1500 cutting area.

Preparing your file using milimeters (mm) as measurement of choice produces the best results and export as
DXF, AI (Illustrator), EPS, SVG or PDF
